What delivery options do you offer?

We deliver across the UK and internationally. UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or a tracked courier. International shipping times vary by country, usually between 7–14 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery. Any customs or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, and Electron, as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our checkout is fully encrypted for secure payments. Prices display in GBP, EUR, or USD depending on your country, and all include VAT where applicable. How do I return an item and get a refund?

You may return any unused, unopened item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process. Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Return postage is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.


Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we’re happy to offer discounts for bulk purchases or wholesale enquiries.
